Privacy and activity planner
Clickatick lets you save events to a personal activity plan. When you save an event without signing in, we set a random, first-party browser cookie. We use it to retrieve your saved events. We do not use your device hardware ID or fingerprint your device for this feature.
If you sign in, we associate your saved events with your account and bring saved browser events into that account. The plan stores event identifiers, titles, dates, locations, images, links, and the time you saved each event. You can remove events from your planner. Clearing the browser cookie can make an unsigned-in plan inaccessible from that browser.
Our hosting service receives normal web request details, including your IP address and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Clerk handles organizer sign-in. Clickatick stores organizer and planner records in its database.
The event map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Viewing the map sends normal browser requests, including your IP address, to its tile service. If you choose “Near me,” your browser asks for location permission and uses your position to search nearby events. The planner does not save your position.
Ticketmaster event details come from Ticketmaster’s event API. If you choose to buy, a new tab opens the ticket provider’s website. Its own privacy and payment policies then apply. Clickatick does not process those partner ticket payments.
See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy and Ticketmaster privacy policy for their services.
